WaSaaSApp is an AI-powered WhatsApp Business Agent SaaS designed to help businesses manage customer conversations, capture leads, and organize support workflows from one workspace. It brings together AI assistance, knowledge management, team collaboration, analytics, and subscription management.
Businesses can configure an AI agent with custom instructions and a knowledge base to support relevant customer responses. A shared conversation inbox helps teams monitor interactions and take over when a customer needs human assistance. Lead management tools help organize prospects and prioritize follow-ups, while automation and appointment features support everyday business workflows.
The platform includes a superadmin console for managing users, workspaces, roles, permissions, and subscription plans. Its subscription builder provides controls for monthly, yearly, and lifetime pricing, usage limits, feature access, and Stripe price mappings. Administrators can also manage announcements and customize branding, including the logo, colors, favicon, and copyright details.
Integration settings provide configuration areas for Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, OpenRouter, Stripe, and other services. Reports and analytics offer visibility into conversations, lead activity, AI usage, billing, and platform operations.
Built with Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and Redis, WaSaaSApp provides a foundation for a multi-tenant WhatsApp automation product. The included demo uses sample data and mock integrations; live messaging, AI responses, and payment processing require provider credentials and backend configuration.

1. Extract the source ZIP and install Node.js 20 or 22 and pnpm.
2. Run `pnpm install --frozen-lockfile`.
3. Copy `.env.demo.example` to `.env` for demo mode.
4. Set `APP_URL` and `NEXTAUTH_URL` to `http://localhost:3035`.
5. Run `pnpm build`, then `pnpm start --port 3035`.
6. Open `http://localhost:3035/login`.

For live integrations, configure PostgreSQL, Redis, authentication secrets, and provider credentials using `.env.example`. Run database migrations and seed data, then start the worker with `pnpm worker`. Full instructions are included in the package.
