MVP Vault
Refund Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
MVP Vault is operated by Infihelp Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 59691320019), Suite 302, 13/15 Wentworth Ave, Sydney, 2000, Australia.
Our products are digital. Access to included prompts, setup guides, documentation, and related MVP content is provided to your account after payment confirmation. Purchases are generally non-refundable for a change of mind once access is granted. The exceptions and consumer rights below still apply.
Subscriptions
Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through your dashboard's billing section and Stripe customer portal, or contact us for help. Cancellation stops future renewals.
Your plan stays active until the end of the current paid billing period. We do not ordinarily refund unused portions of a billing period for a change of mind, except where the law requires a refund or another exception below applies.
Lifetime Plans And Earlier Purchases
Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no recurring renewal. Once access is granted, it is generally non-refundable for a change of mind, subject to the exceptions below and applicable law.
MVP Vault currently offers lifetime access, not individual product purchases or separately sold prompt packs or credits. Existing monthly and yearly subscriptions retain their agreed billing terms. Source-file access is available for products with a configured source link and requires paid access covering that product. Rights associated with earlier purchases remain protected; contact us if content previously promised to you is unavailable.
When We Do Refund
We will issue a refund for an incorrect charge or unresolved delivery failure on our side, including where:
- You were charged twice for the same purchase.
- A renewal was charged after your cancellation took effect.
- A technical problem on our side prevents your paid access and we cannot fix it.
Please contact us within 14 days of the charge where possible so we can investigate promptly. This request is not a deadline that limits your statutory rights or any longer period available under applicable law.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes guarantees or remedies under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable consumer laws that cannot lawfully be excluded. Digital delivery does not remove rights to a refund, repair, replacement, cancellation, or other remedy where applicable, including when content or services are faulty or not as described.
EU And UK Consumers
If you are an EU or UK consumer, a 14-day right of withdrawal may apply to your online purchase. For immediately supplied digital content, that right is lost only when the applicable legal requirements are met, including your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledgment that you will lose the withdrawal right.
Completing checkout or accepting this policy alone does not establish that consent and acknowledgment. Where the required conditions have not been met, your applicable withdrawal rights remain. Different rules may apply to services and subscriptions. Contact us to exercise your rights; rights relating to faulty or misdescribed content or services are unaffected.
How To Request A Refund
Use our contact page or email hello@mvpvault.app. Include the email on your account, your plan or earlier purchase, the date of the charge, your invoice or payment reference, and the reason for your request. Do not send your full card number, security code, or password.
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. They usually appear within 5-10 business days after the refund is issued, depending on your bank and payment method. We will comply with any applicable legal refund deadline. Access associated with a refunded payment may be withdrawn, subject to your legal rights.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first when possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue. This does not limit your right to dispute a payment with your bank or payment provider. Fraudulent or abusive disputes may lead to an account review or restriction, subject to applicable law; a good-faith refund request or dispute alone is not grounds for suspension.
