It pairs oversized typography with a continuously moving photo mosaic, creating a distinctive first impression that balances bold design with a calm, organic feel.
A palette of forest green, warm cream, moss, lime, and lilac complements full-color photography of woodlands, wildlife, and mountain landscapes. The floating dark header features a custom wordmark, clear navigation, and a circular menu button that opens a numbered navigation panel.
Smooth entrance animations reveal the headline, content, and imagery, while alternating mosaic columns scroll seamlessly. The layout adapts to desktop, tablet, and mobile screens, with accessible keyboard navigation and reduced-motion support. Interactive details include searchable navigation, informational dialogs, and prominent calls to action.
Built with HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript, and inline SVG, FIELDNOTE is delivered as a single HTML file with embedded fonts—no framework, dependencies, or build step required. Photography loads from remote image URLs.
