EstateFlow — AI Chatbot & Lead Management for Real Estate

EstateFlow is a modern chatbot SaaS designed specifically for the real estate sector. It brings property discovery, buyer inquiries, and lead management into one experience, helping agencies guide visitors from their first question toward a conversation with an agent.

The chatbot follows a natural real estate journey, asking about preferred locations, property types, budgets, and buying or renting preferences. Visitors can explore property options, review pricing and offers, estimate mortgage payments, and access property information and PDF brochures.

A dedicated dashboard provides a workspace for managing properties, leads, conversations, and chatbot settings. The platform also includes pricing plans, support sections, and a visitor-facing chatbot, with a design built around website embedding and human handoff.

EstateFlow pairs a clean, modern interface with a warm sunset palette of tomato red, sunset orange, and beige. Its public landing page introduces the platform and leads users into account registration, login, and their dashboard.

The current version includes an interactive demonstration and prepared integrations for Supabase authentication and Stripe subscriptions. Live authentication and billing require provider configuration; AI responses, production embedding, and live agent handoff require additional integration before launch.
