1. Download and extract the Ecombot package.

2. Install Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker, and Git.

3. Copy `.env.example` to `.env`.

4. Add database, authentication, Stripe, and OpenRouter credentials.

5. Install dependencies using `npm install`.

6. Create the database and run Prisma migrations.

7. Load the included sample data.

8. Start development mode using `npm run dev`.

9. Open the storefront and admin dashboard in your browser.

10. Customize the logo, colors, fonts, products, and AI assistant.

11. Run the production build and verify all services.

12. Deploy with Docker and configure the included Caddy reverse proxy.
